We offer prenatal classes, 8 week mommy and me series, 6 week mommy and me series for specific groups, play groups, music classes and more for moms at every stage in their motherhood journey!

Jillian leads the classes every week and is there to support moms check in with each other and create connection. With a new topic every week, our classes have trusted local experts come to talk such as sleep experts, lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapist, family & marriage therapists, pediatric physical therapists and more!

Prenatal classes are taught by a licensed labor and delivery nurse, doula, lactation consultant and mom! 

For babies over 1 we have a 6 week toddler and me series, working moms series, play groups and music classes.

For most sessions, bring yourself, your baby, a diaper bag, and any feeding essentials. We will provide everything else you need including snacks and refreshments!

Don’t worry—we’re moms too! Our classes are designed to be baby-friendly, and everyone understands that babies can be unpredictable.

Yes! We offer private Baby Care 101 and Birthing 101 classes. These are in the comfort of your home and tailored to your specific needs and questions. 

Not at all! It is never too late to find your mom tribe or learn. If you are a mom of multiple children, check out our mommy round 2 6 week series. Moms of multiples can also join any of our other classes. Moms can bring all their children to playgroups and music class!
