Cancellation Requests. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by sending an email to info@hellomotherhoodtn.com. Please include your name, event name, and event date in the cancellation request.

Refund Eligibility.

1. Early Cancellations. We kindly request a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice prior to the start date of your registered class or class series to issue a full refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration. We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) business days.

2. Late Cancellations. In the event that you are unable to provide the required notice, we will make every effort to fill the space with another mom. If we are successful in finding a replacement, we will inform you and gladly refund you the full amount. Otherwise, no refunds will be granted fewer than seven (7) days before the start date of your registered class.

3. Partial Refunds. Refunds or partial refunds are not available for participants who attend only part of a class series.

4. Failure to Attend. Attendees who do not show up for a class or class series, and do not notify us in writing timely will not receive a refund.

Event Changes or Cancellations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Southern School for Moms reserves the right to modify or cancel an event, class, or class series. If we cancel, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Transfer of Registration. If you are unable to attend an event, class, or class series, but wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact us at info@hellomotherhoodtn.com. Transfer requests may be subject to approval and additional fees, if applicable.

Special Circumstances. Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@hellomotherhoodtn.com for assistance.

Hello Motherhood Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Grant of Rights. I hereby grant Hello Motherhood (the "Organization"), its representatives, employees, and those acting under its authority, comprehensive rights to use my image, likeness, voice, and other identifiable features (hereinafter referred to as "Likeness") as captured in photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings. These rights extend to all forms of media, including but not limited to digital and electronic media, print publications, and social media.

2. Purpose of Use. My Likeness may be used for the following purposes but not limited to:Educational materials and courses, both online and in-person;Promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, and online advertisements; andPublications related to the activities of the Organization, including newsletters, annual reports, and community outreach materials.

3. Consent for Minor Participants. If applicable, as the parent or legal guardian of a minor child attending or participating in activities associated with the Organization, I consent to the following:I understand that my child may be photographed or recorded during normal activities, events, or field trips organized by the Organization. This includes but is not limited to images, video recordings, and audio recordings captured during such activities.I agree that these photographs and recordings may be used in educational and promotional materials related to the activities of the Organization, including school newsletters, displays within the institution, or external publications.I grant permission for my child's photographs and recordings to be shared on the Organization’s website, social media pages (including Facebook), newsletters, or any other publications as deemed appropriate by the Organization.

4. No Compensation. I agree that my and my minor’s participation is voluntary and that I will receive no financial compensation for the use of my or my minor’s Likeness. I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my or my minor’s Likeness.

5. Editing and Alterations. I understand that the Organization may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute my or my minor’s Likeness for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished versions, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.

6. Release of Claims. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Organization from all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind that I, my heirs, family, representatives, executors, and administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf have or may have by reason of this authorization.

7. Duration and Scope: This release is perpetual and authorizes the Organization to utilize my Likeness in any geographic territory. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

8. Revocation: I understand that I may revoke this agreement at any time in writing addressed to the Organization, subject to the limitations related to material already produced or published.

9. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Attorney Fees. This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Should the Organization prevail in any dispute, the Organization shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred.

10. Legal Confirmation: I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release. If this release is being obtained from a minor, the required consent of a parent/guardian is mandatory and they must sign this document below.

11. Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and fully understand this release. I agree to be bound by its terms.

Hello Motherhood Photography and Video Release Form

This Liability and General Release Waiver (the "Waiver") is executed by the undersigned participant (the "Participant") in favor of Hello Motherhood LLC (the "Company"), its owners, officers, employees, agents, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"). By signing this Waiver, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk. I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am participating in the programs provided by the Company voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to the risk of physical or emotional harm, and that these risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the condition of the premises or equipment used, or the actions or inactions of others participating in the event including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, instructors, and/or producers of the event. I further understand that these risks may be increased by weather, natural conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Medical Disclaimer. The Participant understands and acknowledges the following:
  • The information and education provided in the Company’s classes, whether presented by the Company’s employees, agents, or guest experts, is intended for general knowledge and educational purposes only.
  • Such information should not be considered complete, nor is it intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 
  • The Participant should always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions they may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.
  • The Company does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned during the classes. 
  • Reliance on any information provided by the Company’s employees, guest experts, or other participants in the program is solely at the Participant’s own risk. 
  • The Participant is responsible for consulting with their own healthcare provider prior to beginning any new exercise, diet, or treatment regimen. 
  • In case of a medical emergency or if the Participant experiences any pain or difficulty during participation, they should immediately stop the activity and seek appropriate medical assistance.
3. Release of Liability. By signing this Waiver, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in this activity or event. The Participant further acknowledges that this Waiver applies to any advice taken from the Company’s employees, guest experts, or independent contractors and applied to the Participant's minor children. The Participant agrees not to hold the Company liable for any harm, injury, or damages that may result from following such advice or recommendations in relation to their minor children.

4. Indemnification. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action that may be brought by me or on my behalf, or by any other person claiming through or under me, for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my minor child, or any property belonging to me, as a result of my participation in this activity or event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness that may occur.

5. Expert Speakers. The Company may invite guest experts to present on various topics during its programs. The Participant acknowledges that these guest expert speakers are independent contractors and not employees of the Company. The expert speakers are provided solely for informational and educational purposes only. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of the information provided by these experts. The Participant acknowledges that any reliance on the information provided by guest experts is at their own risk. The Participant agrees not to hold the Company liable for any harm, injury, or damages that may result from following the advice or recommendations of guest experts. The Participant agrees to consult with their own healthcare provider or other qualified professionals before implementing any advice or recommendations provided by guest experts.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment. In the event of an emergency, the Participant authorizes the Company to seek and obtain emergency medical treatment for the Participant. The Participant agrees to be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

7. Photographic and Media Release. I agree that Hello Motherhood, LLC or any of its representatives has the right to any photos or any video/sound footage of me during the event. These photos, video footage, and sound materials may be used for any marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law. This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

9. Severability. If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Acknowledgment of Understanding. I acknowledge and agree that this Waiver is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read this Waiver and fully understand its terms and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I sign this Waiver freely and voluntarily, with full knowledge of its significance.

11. Attorney Fees. In the event that the Company prevails in any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Waiver or the Participant's participation in the Company's programs, the Company shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the Participant. This includes, but is not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with any appeals or enforcement of a judgment. Entire Agreement This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements or understandings.
