Complimentary Mommy and Me Classes
Join our complimentary mommy and me classes to experience The Southern School for Moms. These pop-in complimentary classes are a chance to meet other moms with babies experiencing the journey of mom life. These classes are casual and will have different topics and themes. It is a chance to come as you are with your precious baby.
Learn about different topics of raising your baby and meet moms that are craving community and adult conversation as well. The beauty is, you do not need to find a babysitter or separate from your new baby in order to meet mom friends and be social! Come join us for these casual but beneficial mommy and me classes.
Topics Include:

Creating a healthy sleep foundation

Baby music class and how to play with your baby developmentally

Feeding from breastfeeding, formula, to starting solids

Attachment and bonding with your baby

Self-Care-Talk about the physical changes after delivery along with the mental adjustments in order to take care of YOU!

Baby Safety

Class is free of charge. Please still register so we have a head count.

Classes are led by a certified Newborn Care Specialist and other local leading experts.

Small class-12 moms max per class

Access to attend free events like playdates, walks, and park playdates

Exclusive access to all The Southern School for Moms Events such as (e.g. Paint Night Outs, Holiday Get Togethers, Mommy and Me Photoshoots, Park Playdates, Community Collaborations, Moms Night out Dinners and more)
