These customer policies apply to paid events and class series offered by Hello Motherhood.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Send all cancellation requests by email to
info@hellomotherhoodtn.com.
Include your name, event/class name, and event date.

Refund Eligibility

1. Early cancellations (7+ days before start): Full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
2. Late cancellations (< 7 days): We will try to fill your spot. If we find a replacement, you’ll receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refund is issued.
3. Partial attendance: No refunds for attending only part of a class series.
4. No-shows: No refund if you do not attend and do not email us in advance.

Event Changes or Cancellations

We may modify or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you’ll be notified and receive a full refund.

Transfers

You may request to transfer your registration to another person. Email
info@hellomotherhoodtn.com.
Transfers may require approval and, if applicable, a fee.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies and similar situations are considered case-by-case. Please contact us for help.

Photography & Video Release

Grant of Rights

You grant Hello Motherhood, its representatives, and those acting under its authority, the right to use your image, likeness, and voice (“Likeness”) captured in photos, video, or audio across digital, print, and social media.

Purpose of Use

• Educational materials (online and in-person)
• Promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, online ads)
• Publications related to our activities (newsletters, reports, outreach)

Minors

If you are a parent or legal guardian, you consent to recording and reasonable use of your child’s Likeness for the educational and promotional purposes above, including on our website and social channels.

Compensation & Editing

Participation is voluntary and unpaid. You waive any right to royalties or approval of finished materials. We may edit or publish materials for lawful purposes.

Release, Duration & Revocation

You release and hold us harmless from claims related to the use of your Likeness. The release is perpetual and worldwide. You may revoke in writing for future materials; prior publications cannot be withdrawn.

Governing Law & Fees

This release is governed by Tennessee law and disputes are subject to AAA arbitration. If we prevail, we may recover reasonable attorney fees, costs, and expenses.

Confirmation

You affirm you are 18+ and have legal capacity to agree. If signing for a minor, a parent/guardian must consent.

Liability Waiver & Release

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily participate and understand activities may involve inherent risks, including physical or emotional harm, weather, premises conditions, or actions of others.

Medical Disclaimer

• Class content is for general education only and is not medical advice.
• Always consult your physician or qualified provider about health questions.
• We do not endorse specific tests, providers, products, or procedures.
• Relying on any information is at your own risk.
• Consult your provider before starting new exercise, diet, or treatments.
• Stop and seek care if you experience pain, difficulty, or an emergency.

Release of Liability

You release and agree not to sue Hello Motherhood and its representatives for claims arising from your participation, including advice applied to your minor children.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your participation. You consent to reasonable medical treatment in an emergency and accept responsibility for related costs.

Guest Experts

Guest speakers are independent contractors. Their content is informational only. Verify advice with your own qualified professionals.

Emergency Care

In an emergency, you authorize us to obtain medical treatment and accept responsibility for associated costs.

Photographic & Media Release

We may capture photo/video/sound during events and use them for marketing purposes.

Governing Law & Severability

Tennessee law governs this waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.

Acknowledgment

This waiver is binding on you and your heirs/assigns. By registering or attending, you confirm you understand and accept these terms.

Attorney Fees & Entire Agreement

If we prevail in a dispute related to this waiver or your participation, we may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. This waiver is the entire agreement on these subjects.
