Postpartum Foundations is taught by leading certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach & pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist Olivia Dykes. This class is a great way to get back into fitness while being with your baby in a safe and inviting environment. Class will begin with moms sharing their rose and thorn of the week to check in with each other. Each week Olivia will share on both nutrition-related topics such as hydration, protein intake and so on; as well as navigating the physical recovery of postpartum and building a solid foundation for feeling like YOU again. Moms will workout for a minimum of 30 minutes a class. Every move can be modified and is fit for all fitness levels.
A woman’s body goes through a lot of physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum which often greatly impacts a mom’s physical & mental well being. This class is designed to pour into each mom’s physical and mental cup. While most moms understand the “need to take care of themselves” after having their baby , it can be hard to find realistic ways to do that. Walk away from this class with practical nutritional habits and an understanding of your postpartum body and what it needs in this season of motherhood and fitness.
This class is unique because moms are together as a group for 4 weeks and can bring their babies. Create bonds and connections with other moms that are in the trenches with you! Moms can continue on each month if they choose. Studio owner Jillian will watch the babies and keep them entertained while mama can focus on herself for the hour. However, if you choose to exercise with your baby that is perfectly fine too!

Moms will workout for a minimum of 30 minutes a class. Every move and exercise can be modified to fit everyone’s needs no matter if you’re getting back into it now or further along in your journey.
