You'll also enjoy special extras like a mommy and me photoshoot, moms' day out, family picnic, supportive group chat, and a meaningful keepsake craft.
Mommy and Me Series
Get ready for labor and delivery with confidence. Our Birthing 101 class walks you through what to expect before, during, and after birth—covering contractions, pain management, hospital prep, and postpartum recovery. Taught by a Labor & Delivery Nurse, Doula, and Mom, this class helps you feel prepared, informed, and ready. Each registration includes two participants, making it perfect for a new mom and her support person to learn together.
Birthing Classes
Feel confident caring for your newborn from day one. Baby Care 101 teaches essential baby care skills like diapering, swaddling, feeding, and safe sleep—all in a supportive, hands-on setting. The class is led by an experienced NICU Nurse, NICU Doula, Newborn Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and mom of four, which means you’re learning from someone who’s seen it all and truly understands this stage of life. Each registration includes two participants, making it perfect for a new mom and her support person to learn together. Choose from a small group class or a private, in-home session tailored to your needs.
